Discovery

The Discovery programme aims to create a ‘metadata ecology’ that provides an infrastructure for Discovery-to-Delivery services that will allow better access to vital collections data within the Museums, Libraries and Archives of the UK.

The discovery programme is funded by JISC and being co-ordinated by MIMAS and has a range of partners including Sero Consulting, the RLUK, Eduserve and the Collections Trust.

The ISC will be working mainly on the creation and delivery of training materials, including the production of video and podcasts to support a series of workshops that will be delivered by discovery during 2012.
